Transition

Preparing Pupils for the Next Stage of Education

We are committed to ensuring that every child feels confident, supported, and well prepared as they move through each stage of their education. Transitions are carefully planned and supported through a range of activities that help pupils become familiar with new routines, staff, and expectations.
